Number of CRE transactions in recovery after a record-low March
We've seen commercial real estate activity in the Greater Toronto Area decline as a natural consequence to lockdown limitations imposed during covid-19.
Since that decline, it appears that March represents the trough of volume, with recovery in the number of transactions reported on Realnet and TREB in April.
