Daniel Foch joined the Avina Capital team in 2019, after working together with the group on land assembly, development and joint venture deals. Daniel has been intimately involved in finance, development, acquisition and disposition of over $75MM of property in the Greater Toronto Area, across a spectrum of asset classes and locations.
As an originator with Avina, Daniel is responsible for building relationships with real estate developers and owners and for determining how our team can add value.
Daniel is a licensed Real Estate Broker with experience in land assembly, secondary plan development, and joint-venture capital structure. Past experience at Interrent REIT provides key insight into multifamily real estate acquisition and repositioning. Retail Investment placement with CBRE created a strong relationship-focused business development strategy with a focus on commercial investment sales. Lastly, Daniel's public sector experience in Economic Development with King Township and Secondary Land Use with Hydro One supports clients with knowledge and connections within the inner workings of the public sector.
Daniel Foch graduated from the Lang School of Business with a B.Comm in Real Estate, followed by UBC Sauder's Post-Graduate Certificate in Valuation. Dan is also a current student with the International Monetary Fund.
